Ishika Taneja, actor, former Miss India and Miss World Tourism, has been grabbing the headlines after she was seen as Sadhvi in her latest posts. She also urged the younger generation to connect with religion. Her transformation came as a surprise for many people, who also encouraged her journey towards spirituality.

Who Is Ishika Taneja?

Ishika Taneja was crowned Miss India in 2017 and later won the title of Business Woman of the World at Miss World Tourism. Talking about movies, she has worked with filmmaker ‘Madhur Bhandarkar’ in ‘Indu Sarkar’. She later worked in the show ‘Hadh’, directed by Vikram Bhatt.

According to reports, she also won a Guinness world record for doing the fastest full airbrush makeups in 60 minutes on 60 models. She is also the executive director of Bharti Taneja’s Beauty Group.

She recently wished her followers on New Year and posted her journey to Sanatan Dharma. In the viral videos, Ishika said that her Miss World Tourism title and her work as a Bollywood actress are of no use if she cannot protect her religion. She added that she wouldn’t call herself India’s daughter if she can’t protect her country.
