There’s a reason why Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan, is one of the most controversial reality shows on TV. It not just gives the audience a glimpse of celebs’ personal opinions but also stirs controversy from time to time. In one such episode, Tusshar Kapoor and his sister and TV czarina Ekta Kapoor sat on the couch and spilled the beans about various aspects of the showbiz.

During the rapid fire round, KJo asked Tusshar to name someone who comes to mind when he says botox or cosmetic surgery. Tusshar took Preity Zinta’s name. While the actor took the Soldier star’s name just for fun, the former’s comment left the actress livid. She had even asked Karan to delete the question as it offended her.

A source close to the actress had revealed to news agency PTI, “Preity doesn’t talk rubbish about anyone. She sees no reason why Tusshar, who she hasn’t even worked with, should take off on her without provocation.”

It was also reported that Preity had even called Tusshar and demanded an apology. The Golmaal actor had said, “Everyone knows that Karan’s rapid fire round is just for laughs. You don’t even have the time to think when Karan puts you in the dock. Recently, I saw Preity’s picture in a magazine and she was looking stunning having lost a lot of weight. So, when Karan asked, Preity’s name just came out at the spur of the moment. There’s nothing more to it.”
