Indian cricket legend, Virat Kohli, posted on Instagram on Wednesday paying tribute to the ghastly terrorist attack near Pahalgam. The attack occurred on Tuesday afternoon at one of Kashmir’s famous meadows killing at least 26 individuals, most of whom were tourists. This incident is being termed the deadliest attack in the area after the 2019 Pulwama attack. Kohli extended his sincere condolences to the victims’ families and urged peace during these sorrowful times.

“Deeply saddened by the heinous attack in Pahalgam on innocent people. Heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims. Praying for peace and strength to families of all those who lost their lives and justice to be served for this cruel act,” Kohli posted on his official Instagram profile.
