The press conference took place 250 miles above Earth’s surface almost after a week, following Starliner’s return to the planet.

Williams and Wilmore further expressed their intention to vote in the upcoming US Presidential Elections from the ISS, after their stay was prolonged till February 2025. The pair boarded the Boeing Starliner on June 5 for its first crewed mission and reached the space station on June 6. However, the starliner successfully returned to Earth without them on September 6, after more than 3 months.
