Popular television actress Munmun Dutta, best known for playing Babita Iyer in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC), was reportedly approached for Celebrity MasterChef, hosted by Farah Khan. However, the actress decided to turn down the offer.

Why Munmun Rejected Celebrity MasterChef

Munmun, who is widely loved for her on-screen presence and engaging social media updates, is also passionate about food and cooking. Despite this, she opted out of the reality show due to scheduling conflicts and prior commitments. According to sources close to the show, Munmun had to decline the opportunity as her calendar was already packed.

Had she accepted, fans would have seen Munmun showcase her culinary skills on national television. Her participation could have added an exciting twist to the competition, which is currently in an intense phase with the top five contestants battling it out.

Munmun’s Journey In Entertainment

With a career spanning over two decades, Munmun Dutta started with Hum Sab Baraati in 2004 and has since appeared in various reality shows like The Khatra Show and Bigg Boss 15. She has also featured in Bollywood films such as Holiday and Mumbai Express.

Meanwhile, Celebrity MasterChef continues to heat up as contestants strive for the top spot, with judges Vikas Khanna, Ranveer Brar, and Farah Khan leading the competition towards an exciting finale.
