The Sri Lankan beauty and Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez has been grabbing the headlines ever since she has been linked to conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar’s Rs 200 crore money laundering case. Later, we also saw the intimate pics of the duo taking the internet by storm.

The Kick star had shared a statement at that time revealing that she is going through a difficult phase in her life as her statement as an excerpt of it reads, “I’m currently going through a rough patch but I’m sure that my friends and fans will see my through it. It is with this trust that I would request my media friends to not circulate images of a nature that intrude my privacy and personal space.”

Now, Sukesh has shared a handwritten note to defend Jacqueline and said that they loved each other without any expectations. The note reads, “It is really sad and disturbing to see private pictures being circulated, which I have got to know through news. It is complete violation of one’s privacy and personal space. As I have mentioned before, Jacqueline and I were in a relationship. Seeing each other and the relationship was not based on any kind of monetary benefits like the way it is projected, commented and trolled in a bad light. The relationship had lots of love and respect for each other, without any expectations.”

Sukesh said that she has no connection with the laundering case and requested the media to not show the actress in a bad light. “Kindly requesting everyone to stop projecting her in a wrong way as it is not easy on her, who has only loved without expecting anything,” the conman concluded in his note.

Earlier, Sukesh revealed that he gifted the Bhoot Police actress a horse worth Rs 52 lakh and a Persian cat worth Rs 9 lakh. Jacqueline has been questioned twice by the Enforcement Directorate.

On the professional front, Jacqueline will be next seen in Attack. The film also stars John Abraham, Prakash Raj, Ratna Pathak Shah and Rakul Preet Singh in key roles. The film talks about the hostage crisis and is based on true events. It is produced by John Abraham, Jayantilal Gada and Ajay Kapoor under the banners of JA Entertainment, Pen India Limited and AK Productions.
