Television actress Ridhima Pandit, who got ousted from Bigg Boss OTT in the last Weekend Ka Vaar episode, is “shocked” and “disappointed” about her elimination. The actress is of the view that her and Karan Nath’s connection didn’t work with the audiences, and hence, they were evicted from the Karan Johar-hosted show.
When asked as to what went wrong, Ridhima shared, “I think the connection that we were trying to build didn’t connect with the audience. If we were given a chance to play individually, I would have gone far ahead in the game. But it’s okay, I believe the concept of connections didn’t work out in our favour.”
As for her connection Karan Nath, Riddhima calls him a “lovely” guy. “He is a wonderful friend to have,” she said.
The actress, who always had a cold connection with fellow housemate Pratik Sehajpal, says she can’t understand him sometimes. “Sometimes it feels like he’s playing a planned game, and sometimes, he looks very confused. He gets emotional sometimes. I think he is confused in his own strategy. But definitely he is playing well, because people are liking him,” she said.
Ridhima, however, believes that no one is fake inside the house, since everyone is playing the game basis their survival instict. “Equations change by the day,” she said.
As for Shamita Shetty, Ridhima believes their equation changed inside the house for the better. “I think Shamita and I have gotten along like house on fire,” she said.
The actress has no regrets, because she says she was totally herself inside the house. “I maintained my dignity, and I also took my stands and gave my opinions. It was a shortlived journey, that’s upsetting. But I have no regrets,” she said. Asked if she is open to return to Bigg Boss OTT, Riddhima that it depends on a lot of factors once you are out of the show, but concluded saying, “Never say never.”
