Jaat, starring Sunny Deol, will reportedly arrive on the OTT platform soon after its successful theatrical run. It was theatrically released on 10 April 2025 and emerged a commercial success. It is among the highest grossing Hindi films of 2025.
Jaat is directed by Gopichand Malineni and its music is composed by Thaman S. The movie is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers & TG Vishwa Prasad under People Media Factory. The movie also stars Regina Cassandra, Randeep Hooda, Ayesha Khan, Saiyami Kher, Zarina Wahab, Bandhavi Sridhar, Vishika Kota, Praneeta Patnaik, Doulath Sulthana, Vineet Kumar Singh, Ajay Ghosh, Dayanand Shetty, Jagapati Babu and Babloo Prithiveeraj.
According to website Binged, Jaat will release on Netflix on June 5, 2025. Both makers and the OTT platform are yet to announce the official streaming date of Jaat.
Sunny Deol returned to the big screens with ‘Jaat’ and this was also his first release after the success of Gadar 2. After receiving good response from the audience for Jaat, the actor also officially announced its sequel. Not much has been revealed about Jaat 2 as of now.
The film received mixed reviews from critics and the film managed to collect around Rs 84 crore net in India and grossed Rs 118-120 crore worldwide.
