Royal Challengers Bengalore is one of the most highly followed team in the IPL, and whatever they do, becomes a big news. In the IPL 2025 mega auction that was held in Jeddah recently, RCB came up with a smart strategy and did not let emotions get the better of them by bidding too high for a single player.

Rajat Patidar (11 Crore)

He is one of the reatined players in the RCB squad. Along with Virat Kohli and Yash Dayal, he will turn out to be an asset for the Royal Challengers. He has a strike rate of 158.85 and has the ability to bat at lower number also as his strike rate suggests

Liam Livingstone (8.75 Crore)

RCB had been lacking a quality finisher and this English batter can help the team to bridge that gap. He has a strike rate of 162.45 which is outstanding in limited overs format. He has been very impressive in his previous performances and has been known for his power hitting.

Nuwan Thushara (1.60 Crore)

Over the years, RCB’s major concern has been their death bowling attack. This could be resolved with the Sri Lankan speedster Nuwan Thushara. He was playing for MI in the 2024 edition and now RCB decided to chip in for him. He has taken 149 wickets in 108 matches.
