Congress Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Shukla criticized the BJP for its remark that “BJP is winning due to the ‘Energy, Vikas, and Mehnat’ of the PM.” Shukla said that the BJP will obviously talk about itself. He also reacted to the BJP’s statement criticizing Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, where they said, “Congress loses because of RBM, which stands for Rahul Bekar Management.”

Shukla reprimanded BJP and asked why they are commenting on others. He said, “Why are they commenting on others? If there are any doubts over EVMs, then the Election Commission should negate them.”

He slammed BJP and said event their seats came down to 200 from 400 in this year’s Lok Sabha elections.

Rajeev Shukla Calls Priyanka’s Oath-Taking ‘Historic’

Shukla also spoke about Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s oath-taking as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha. He called it historic and lauded her entry into Parliament. “It is a historic moment today as Priyanka ji is entering Parliament,” he added.

Notably, Priyanka Gandhi has taken oath as MP on Thursday in the Parliament. She had secured the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat with a margin of 4,10,931 votes, defeating Sathyan Mokeri of the Communist Party of India (CPI). Wayanad, a Congress stronghold, witnessed a triangular contest between Priyanka Gandhi, BJP’s Navya Haridas, and CPI’s Sathyan Mokeri.
