DAM Capital Advisors IPO: Share Allotment Finalized – How To Check The Status?

IPO (initial public offering) of DAM Capital Advisors, a leading investment bank in India, has been concluded after a three-day bidding period on Monday, December 23, 2024. The company has finalized the allotment now. The IPO saw a great overall subscription, reaching 81.88 times the available shares on the third day.

  1. Qualified Institutional Bidders (QIBs): 166.33 times.
  2. Non-institutional investors (NIIs): 98.47 times.
  3. Retail investors: 26.80 times their allotted quota.
  4. Employees’ Category: 40.09 times.

The company’s IPO started on December 19, 2024, and concluded on December 23, 2024. The company aimed to raise Rs 840.25 crores from this share sale. The company offered 2.97 crore shares for sale, with a price band of Rs 269 to Rs 283 apiece.

DAM Capital Advisors IPO: GMP

In the grey market, DAM Capital Advisors’ shares maintained a premium of Rs 161. Furthermore, this suggests a potential listing price of Rs 424, representing a significant 60% premium from the IPO price of Rs 263.

How To Check Share Allotment Status?

BSE Website

  • Go to the IPO allotment page on the BSE website.
  • Choose the issue type as ‘Equity’.
  • From the dropdown menu, choose ‘DAM Capital Advisors’.
  • Provide your application number or PAN (Permanent Account Number).  
  • Enter the ‘Captcha’. 
  • Tab on the ‘Search’ option to check allotment status.

NSE Website

  • Go to the NSE’s IPO bid verification page.
  • Register on the website if you are a new user or login.
  • Select ‘DAM Capital Advisors’.
  • Provide the details such as your application number.
  • Tab on the ‘Get Data’ option.

Registrar’s Website

  • Go on to the site on Link Intime India: https://linkintime.co.in/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html.
  • Choose ‘DAM Capital Advisors’ from the list of available IPOs.
  • You will need to choose one of the following four options: application number, DP/Client ID, PAN, or account number/IFSC.
  • Tab on ‘Submit’ to view your allotment status.
