Amid speculations of a possible Cabinet expansion or reshuffle, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday chaired a meeting with Union ministers, including Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh.
Besides Shah and Singh, Union ministers Nirmala Sitharaman and Piyush Goyal also took part in the meeting which was held at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, the official residence of the prime minister., PTI reported, citing sources.
This is Prime Minister’s sixth meeting with the Union ministers in a month. PM Modi has been holding in-person meetings with Union ministers for the past one week apparently to review the work done by their respective ministries so far and discuss various other issues.
