Aishwarya Rai Bachchan took to Instagram and shared a sweet picture with daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. The mother-daughter duo always grabs attention whenever the actress shares pictures with the little one.  On Saturday, February 5, Aishwarya posted a glimpse of the family’s Basant Panchami celebration with Aaradhya. 

The two smiled for the camera and posed for the lovely picture as they prayed to Goddess Saraswati. While the Devdas actress looked gorgeous in traditional attire with straight hair, kohl-rimmed eyes, lip gloss, a crystal bindi with a tikka, Aradhya twinned with her mom in a white kurta and yellow dupatta. The little one flaunted her signature bangs and was seen showing a little offering in her hand after the puja ceremony.

In the caption, Aishwarya dropped several emojis all about love and prosperity. 

On the work front, Aishwarya will be next seen in Mani Ratnam’s highly-anticipated film Ponniyin Selvan: I, which is a Tamil historical epic movie. It is an adaptation of  Kalki Krishnamurthy’s 1955 novel by the same name. This is the first instalment of the film series. Besides Aishwarya, the film has an ensemble cast of Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Vikram Prabhu, Trisha, Jayaram, Sobhita Dhulipala, and Aishwarya Lekshmi. 

Abhishek, on the other hand, started shooting for his film Ghoomer on his birthday. The film is being directed by R Balki. The actor also has Dasvi in the pipeline. Being directed by newcomer Tushar Jalota co-starring Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur.
