Actress Lee Si Young has reportedly asked for a divorce from her husband of eight years. On March 17, the news outlet YTN shared that the Sweet Home star and her husband, Mr. Jo, who owns a restaurant, filed for divorce at the Seoul Family Court earlier this year.

The divorce is almost final, as the main details have already been agreed upon. The 42-year-old Zombieverse star married Mr. Jo, known as “Little Baek Jong Won,” in 2017. The couple, who have a nine-year age gap, welcomed their son the year after they got married.

The actress’s agency, ACE FACTORY, also confirmed the divorce news on Monday, Korean Standard Time. They said, “They are getting a divorce by mutual agreement. Since this is the actress’s personal matter, please understand that we can’t answer any other questions.”
