The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has recently launched a scheme offering 451 plots, with the draw set to take place in December this year. Many applicants will however be unable to secure a plot through this draw. In light of this, YEIDA has reportedly launched a new scheme with 20 plots to be e-auctioned. Apply now to avail the benefits of the scheme!

The highly-anticipated draw for the said plots is scheduled to be held on December 27, 2024, four days before the new year. These plots located in Noida Sector 24 A mark a significant step towards the growing demand for real estate and planned urban development projects.

Under YEIDA’s new scheme, an e-auction has been scheduled for the additional plots on January 2, 2025. These plots are located in Sectors 17, 18, and 22 D, with 6 plots in Sector 17, 5 in Sector 18, and 9 in Sector 22 D. The scheme is seen as a promising option for infrastructural development and urban facilities.

The plots will however be available at a higher price compared to prices under the old scheme. Applicants are required to pay a fixed earnest deposit money for the registration process. The amount ranges from Rs 3.73 crore to Rs 30.27 crore, as per reports. Interested individuals can visit YEIDA’s official website for detailed information.
