The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has recently launched a scheme offering 451 plots, with the draw set to take place in December this year. Many applicants will however be unable to secure a plot through this draw. In light of this, YEIDA has reportedly launched a new scheme with 20 plots to be e-auctioned. The highly-anticipated draw for the said plots is scheduled to be held on December 27, 2024, four days before the new year. These plots located in Noida Sector 24 A mark a significant step towards the growing demand for real estate and planned urban development projects.
Under YEIDA’s new scheme, an e-auction has been scheduled for the additional plots on January 2, 2025. These plots are located in Sectors 17, 18, and 22 D, with 6 plots in Sector 17, 5 in Sector 18, and 9 in Sector 22 D. The scheme is seen as a promising option for infrastructural development and urban facilities.
The plots will however be available at a higher price compared to prices under the old scheme. Applicants are required to pay a fixed earnest deposit money for the registration process.
