Today is Kiss Day, which is the sixth day of Valentine’s week. While this action is one of the personal ways to showcase love between the partners, in the entertainment business as well, we have many stars performing lip-lock scenes, which often grab the attention of the viewers.
Though there are some actors and actresses, who don’t prefer to perform kissing scenes in films and one of them is the Baahubali star Prabhas. In one of the interviews, the Saaho star revealed that he gets very embarrassed to perform kissing scenes in front of the camera.
“I’m lazy, shy and can’t meet people. I have these three problems and sometimes I think about it. Why am I in this field? Am I right or wrong? Luckily, Baahubali happened. Now, I don’t have a chance,” said the Rebel Star.
Speaking about his awkwardness of doing lip-lock scenes, the actor added, “It’s quite difficult and awkward for me to act in lip-lock scenes. I am a very shy person and I get very embarrassed to perform the kissing scenes in front of the camera.” Prabhas has performed kissing scenes in films like Baahubali 2 and Saaho with co-stars Anushka Shetty and Shraddha Kapoor.
On the professional front, Prabhas is gearing up for the release of Radhe Shyam, which is shot in Telugu and Hindi. The film also features Pooja Hegde, Bhagyashree, Murali Sharma, Sachin Khedekar, Jayaram and others in pivotal roles. It will also hit the screens in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. The period love story drama was scheduled to release on January 14 during the Sankranti weekend but the makers postponed the release amid rising COVID cases across the country. It will now hit the screens on March 11. It is produced under the banner of UV Creations.
The film will lock horns with Suriya and Priyanka Arul Mohan starter Etharkkum Thunindhavan, which will also have a pan-India release. Directed by Pandiraj, the film is bankrolled by Sun Pictures.
Apart from Radhe Shyam, Prabhas will also feature in Om Raut’s Adipurush, Prashanth Neel’s Salaar, Nag Ashwin’s Project K and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit.
