the BCCI reveal a new plan for India’s 2025 international home fixtures and updated venues for the South Africa A tour of the country. Confirming the fresher timings and venues, the Indian senior men’s squad will take to take on West Indies and South Africa in all three formats, Test, ODI, and T20I series that will start on 2 October. After announcing retirement from Test cricket, fans have been waiting to see Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma on the field in the blue jersey again. They will get a chance to see the RO-KO duo on 30 November in Ranchi, 3 December in Raipur, and 6 December in Vizag for the 3-match ODI series against South Africa.

Changes In Men’s Schedule

The two-match Test series against the West Indies will start on 2 October 2025 in Ahmedabad. The initial plan for the second Test, set in Kolkata, has been changed, and it will happen at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.

The beginning of the South Africa series on November 14 will take place at Kolkata’s Eden Gardens instead of New Delhi.

Changes In Women’s Schedule

The move was needed because the MA Chidambaram Stadium is being renovated. The two matches to start the series will be held at the New PCA Stadium in New Chandigarh, and the last ODI will happen at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.

More venues added to the South Africa A Tour.

In October 2025, the South Africa Men’s A team is visiting India to play five games: two multi-day ones and three one-day matches. The days-long matches are planned to take place at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru as they were arranged.

Even so, the one-day matches that were supposed to appear at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium have now relocated to the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot.
