What’s New On OTT This Weekend? Watch Kanguva, Jigra And More On Netflix, Prime Video

The weekend has almost arrived and it is the perfect time to make your binge-watch plan. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar and other platforms have dropped new movies and web series every week. Check the list of content released on the OTT platforms and make your watchlist for the perfect weekend. 

 

Jigra

‘Jigra’ revolves around a young woman, who embarks on a deadly mission to save her younger brother from a foreign jail. The movie stars Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina in the lead roles. It is streaming on Netflix. 

Kanguva

‘Kanguva’ revolves around a tribal warrior, who wants to save his people but is somehow connected to a cop in the present timeline. The movie stars Suriya in the lead role with Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Natarajan Subramaniam, K. S. Ravikumar, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Ravi Raghavendra and Karunas in the supporting roles. The movie will release on Prime Video on December 8. 

Amaran

‘Amaran’ is based on the life of  Major Mukund Varadarajan, a commissioned officer in the Indian Army`s Rajput Regiment, who was posthumously awarded the Ashok Chakra. The movie stars Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles. It is streaming on Netflix. 

Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video 

‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ is set in the 1990s and revolves around a newlywed couple, whose intimate video tape gets lost. The movie stars Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri in the lead roles. It will release on Netflix on December 7. 

Agni

‘Agni’ focuses on Vithal, a fireman, and his brother-in-law, Samit, a hotshot policeman, as they team up together to rescue people when the city gets engulfed in fire. Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the series stars Pratik Gandhi, Divyenndu and Jitendra Joshi in the lead roles. The movie is available to watch on Prime Video.
