The Golden State Warriors were able to break their losing skid with a 113-103 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves this past Saturday, where Stephen Curry had a 31-point double-double. But the Warriors now look for consecutive wins as they play the Indiana Pacers at home again at the Chase Center 

In Saturday’s victory over Minnesota, the Warriors played without the defensive leader in Draymond Green, who sat out due to a left ankle injury. Before tonight’s game, his availability was unknown, but Darymond Green’s return is confirmed after receiving clearance in warmups prior to the game. Golden State is going to count on Green to come in and make some key defensive plays against Indiana’s All-Star forward, Pascal Siakam, who is averaging 22.3 points and 10.3 rebounds during the Pacers’ four-game winning streak.

According to Golden State Warriors, Green will play as well, beginning his 23rd start of the year. A couple months back, there had been thoughts to have benched him in favor of Jonathan Kuminga, but that Kuminga was relegated back to the bench over the final two games. Newly signed Dennis Schröder will try to collect his first game in double digits since signing as a Warrior as a starting playmaker behind Green. Coming into the contest, Green is averaging 8.9 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.6 assists, and adds a block and a steal per game.
