As the Champions Trophy makes its way further towards the final, some spectators are mocking the Hindi commentary and consider it to be cringe. In reply, India’s former spin maestro Harbhajan Singh took to his X and slashed them for making fun of the Hindi commentary.

“Wah Angrej ki Aulaad . Shame on you Apni भाषा bolne aur sun k fakr mehsoos hona chahiye” said Harbhajan Singh.

Jiostar has unveiled the biggest-ever presentation for the Champions Trophy 2025 edition. It will be streamed across 16 feeds in 9 different languages: Kannada, English, Hindi, Marathi, Haryanvi, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Tamil, and Telugu. The live streaming will be complemented by 4 different multi-cam feeds.

Hindi Commentary

Indian cricketing legends like Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Wahab Riaz, Waqar Younis, Sanjay Manjrekar, Ambati Rayudu, Mohammad Kaif, Piyush Chawla, Sanjay Bangar, Robin Uthappa, Aakash Chopra, and Deep Dasgupta will be adding at the escalating thrill for the Champions Trophy.

English Commentary

English commentary will be managed by stars like Ravi Shastri, Sunil Gavaskar, Nasser Hussain, Shaun Pollock, Matthew Hayden, Ian Bishop, Wasim Akram, Ramiz Raja, Simon Doull, Aaron Finch and Dale Steyn.

India advances to the semifinals with New Zealand

India and New Zealand will be playing the semifinals from group A when last night the Black Caps defeated Bangladesh by 5 wickets with Michael Bracewell for his 4 wickets hall by sparring just 26 runs in his 10 over spell.

“Awesome to contribute to a win. Our main objective was getting to that semi-final spot. It was about keeping the stumps in play and bowling straight, not making it easy for them to score. There was some help on the surface, but you don’t have any real control once the ball has left your hand. Our side is pretty well balanced. I was hoping I won’t need to get the pads on, but don’t mind. Rachin and Latham set up the game perfectly, made things easier in the end”. Bracewell said after getting honored by the Player of the match award.
