Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to Anant Ambani’s Vantara, a wildlife conservation initiative, has deeply resonated with Bollywood stars and cricketers alike. The project, dedicated to wildlife preservation, animal rescue, and rehabilitation, has already captured widespread attention and admiration.

During his visit, PM Modi spent hours exploring the facility, interacting with animals, and touring the state-of-the-art wildlife hospital. His heartwarming moments with orangutans, birds, and giraffes have gone viral globally, while his selfies with lions, tigers, and snakes continue to trend across social media.

Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar  praised Anant Ambani’s Vantara for its dedication to wildlife conservation after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit. Tendulkar shared his appreciation in a post on X, saying he was deeply moved by the efforts of Anant Ambani and his team.

Tendulkar said in a post on X, “I felt the same as Hon’ble PM @narendramodi ji, when I was in Vantara earlier. The passion and commitment of Anant and his team towards wildlife conservation, is commendable. The rescued and rehabilitated animals at Vantara touch you in a unique way and I look forward to visiting this beautiful place again.”

 

PM’s photos and videos with wild animals have been circulating on social media, and even Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan couldn’t resist commenting on them. On Wednesday, he shared his thoughts on animal welfare on X (formerly Twitter) while also praising PM Modi’s visit and Anant Ambani’s initiative.

PM Modi, after inaugurating Vantara’s Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre, called the initiative “truly commendable.”

In a post on X, the PM said, “An effort like Vantara is truly commendable, a vibrant example of our centuries old ethos of protecting those we share our planet with. Here are some glimpses…”

About Anant’s Vantara

Vantara is an ambitious wildlife preservation project founded by Anant Ambani. The venture is supported by Reliance Industries and Reliance Foundation. The Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre is Situated within the Jamnagar Refinery Complex in Gujarat. Spread across 3,000 acres, Vantara is a sanctuary dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused, injured, and endangered animals. Designed as a comprehensive rehabilitation center, it provides a safe, natural, and nurturing environment for its inhabitants. More than 2,000 animals from 43 species, such as elephants, leopards, lions, tigers, and reptiles, have been rescued and housed at Vantara.

In the video, the Prime Minister was seen closely interacting and spending time with various species of animals which have been rehabilitated there.
