Uttarakhand Premier League 2024: These Two Big Teams Reached The Final, Take A Look..

The women’s title match of the Uttarakhand Premier League will be played this evening. The two best teams of the tournament have secured tickets for the final match. At the same time, the Pithoragarh Hurricanes team has had to face elimination from this tournament. The Pithoragarh Hurricanes team has been eliminated from this tournament after losing the do-or-die match against Mussoorie Thunder on Friday. Whereas, the teams of Mussoorie Thunder and Nainital SG Pipers have secured tickets for the final match.

Mussoorie Thunder Registered Victory

On Friday, a match was played between Pithoragarh Hurricanes and Mussoorie Thunder in the league. It was necessary for both the teams to win the match to reach the final. Pithoragarh Hurricanes batted first and scored 119 runs in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets. Muskan Kumari scored 32 and Neelam Bhardwaj scored 48 runs from the team’s side. Whereas, Mussoorie Thunder achieved the target of 120 runs by losing 2 wickets in 16 overs only. Shagun Chaudhary scored 27, Anjali Goswami scored 32 and Nandini Kashyap scored 50 runs from Mussoorie Thunder’s side.

The Title Battle Between Mussoorie Thunder And Nainital SG Pipers

The final match of the tournament will be played this evening. This match will be played between Mussoorie Thunders and Nainital SG Pipers. Earlier on Thursday, both the teams faced each other in the league stage, in which Nainital SG Pipers won. Now both the teams will be seen presenting their challenge in the title match.

All Eyes Will Be On This Veteran Player

All eyes will be on Indian cricket team’s star cricketer and Nainital SG Pipers captain Ekta Bisht in the final match. Nainital SG Pipers had already entered the final by achieving a great victory. Ekta Bisht is Uttarakhand’s first international female player. In such a situation, fans are expecting a good performance from her.
