Vikrant Massey is back in theatres with his movie ‘The Sabarmati Report’, which is based on the events that took place on February 27, 2002, near the Godhra railway station in Gujarat. The Sabarmati Report Box Office Collection Day 7:

According to the website Sacnilk, ‘The Sabarmati Report’ collected Rs 1.10 crore on day 7 as per early estimates. The movie has earned Rs 11.45 crore approximately till now.

‘The Sabarmati Report’ has also been made tax-free in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. While speaking to ANI, Vikrant said, “The Uttar Pradesh government has made this (The Sabarmati Report) film tax-free. I want to thank Yogi Adityanath ji…This is an important film and I appeal to everyone to go and watch this film…”

Home Minister Amit Shah recently praised ‘The Sabarmati Report’ on X (formerly Twitter). He wrote, “No matter how hard a powerful ecosystem tries, it cannot keep the truth hidden in darkness forever. The film #SabarmatiReport defies the ecosystem with unparalleled courage and exposes the truth behind the fateful episode to broad daylight,” Mr Shah posted on X.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also praised the film on X. He reshared a post that called the film ‘a must watch’ and wrote, “Well said. It is good that this truth is coming out, and that too in a way common people can see it. A fake narrative can persist only for a limited period of time. Eventually, the facts will always come out!”

Apart from Vikrant Massey, the movie also stars Raashi Khanna and Ridhi Dogra in the lead roles.
