China is famous for various things like technology, weapons and others. China is having a variety of weapons and they are constantly surprising the world with introduction of new weapons. After creating two 5th generation fighter jets, the country has now shown a radar that creates it an impenetrable fortress.

Last month, China has shown rare footage of an advanced long-range radar, which have power to trace and target the advance missiles from miles of distance. It can target the hyper sonic missiles and as per now no country in the world have radar that can target and shoot down the hypersonic missiles, as reported by Navbharat Times.

On other hand, Russia claims that they have ability to shoot down the hypersonic missiles. As per them this can be done using S-500 missile defence system. As per reports, it has not been tested yet.

On the occasion of Chinese New Year, China’s President Xi Jinping has addressed the army. During this time they showed its long range radar system.

According to experts, this system have the ability to target and shoot down the threat coming from long distance from Border area. The people’s Liberation Army has shared the video of this advanced radar system to President Xi Jinping.

As per media reports, the inputs about the radar system is not public at the moment. However, the defence experts are making guess work on the basis of system and structure.

About China’s Missile Defence System

The radar system that was shown to the world is ‘Phased-array radar’. The scanning system is much faster than traditional radar system. This attacks and shoot down the target with greater accuracy.
