BJP MLA T Raja Singh  resigned from the party amid a leadership fight in Telangana. He sent his resignation to the state party chief. 

Over media reports of the possibility of party leader Ramchander Rao being appointed as Telangana BJP chief, Singh resigned from the party’s primary membership, citing shock and disappointment. Raja Singh said he will continue serving the people of his constituency, Goshamahal.
