After several weeks of entertaining the audience, Super Dancer Chapter 4 ended with a bang. From the top finalists giving their one last shot on the stage to Shilpa Shetty burning the dance floor with her suave moves, the dance reality show certainly left fans on a high note. And to top it off, contestants and everyone’s favourite Florina Gogoi lifted the winning trophy.
The young dancer from Jorhat, Assam, who was mentored by her Super Guru Tushar Shetty throughout the season, aced the toughest of moves with her agile physique and her brimming confidence. She often left the judges stumped with her ease of performing very difficult moves. Florina danced to Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, from Student Of The Year 2, for the finale episodes and left the audience in utter amazement.
Along with Florina, the top finalists of the show were Esha Mishra (New Delhi) and Super Guru Sonali Kar, Sanchit Chanana (Punjab) and Super Guru Vartika Jha, Pruthviraj (Belgaum, Karnataka) and Super Guru Subhranil Paul, Neerja (Hoshangabad, MP) and Super Guru Bhavna Khanduja.
After lifting the trophy and winning Rs 15 lakh, Florina expressed her excitement and said that she hugged her mom and dad. “Mein bade hota actress banungi (I will be an actress),” she told Times Now in an exclusive interview.
The finale episode was themed around ‘Nachpan ka Maha Mahotsav‘ as it featured all the young dancers from across the country exhibit power-packed performances that were not just entertaining but thrilling. Rapper Badshah, and choreographers Terence Lewis, and Raghav Juyal were the guests on the show, who judged the finalists along with Shilpa Shetty, Geeta Kapur and Anurag Basu.
Florina, in blue track pants, brought the house down with her final performance, thus, making it evident that she was the clear winner of the show.
Shilpa performed a special act which was themed as Water Goddess. The show witnessed more than 60 diverse dance performances.
Previously, Shilpa had taken a break from the show, following which Malaika Arora and Nora Fatehi filled in for her. However, Shilpa came back and after a few weeks in September and made sure to entertain the crowd with her candour, swift remarks and her signature dialogue of saying, “Ye toh super se bhi upar“.
Super Dancer Chapter 4 has been one of the most popular reality shows on television as it brings young kids below the ages of 10 to a national stage only to showcase their brilliant talent in dancing.
