Singer Sunanda Sharma Takes Legal Action Against Producer | Full Details Inside!

Billi Akh fame singer Sunanda Sharma, has filed an FIR against producer Pinky Dhaliwal. singer has accused that owner of the Mad4Music label has exploited her. She claimed that he is stopping her payments for years and forced her to remain in touch with the company, and always threaten her.

Sunanda Sharma’s Official Statement

In a statement, the “Chandigarh Ka Chokra” singer addressed the public and industry professionals and give a warning against false claims regarding her professional engagements

She said: “Certain individuals are falsely claiming to have exclusive rights over my professional work. These claims are completely false, fraudulent, and legally baseless.”

She expressed that she is an independent artist and has not granted any control to anyone over her work.

Sunanda also requested people to immediately report any misrepresentation regarding her professional commitments. She also said that legal action would be taken against those will try to interfere in her work or will try to show any fake association with her.

The Punjab Police, under Mataur Police Station, have recently arrested music producer following the FIR. This action was taken after Raj Lali Gill, Chairperson of the Punjab State Commission for Women, issued a notice.

Sunanda Sharma’s Emotional Appeal

Talking to Facebook, Sunanda pleaded for justice and requested authorities to take the matter into consideration. She wrote: “As a proud citizen of Punjab, I seek protection of my rights so I can continue my artistic journey. Greedy individuals with no ethics should not be allowed to hinder the progress of Punjab and its people.”

This case has drawn significant attention from the audience as fans and critics are eagerly waiting for further legal proceedings.
