Shark Tank India Season 4 has been making waves recently, particularly following an episode featuring a special Campus edition highlighting young entrepreneurs’ talents and creativity. One standout contestant was 16-year-old Meet Deore from Pune, currently in Class 11 and preparing for the crucial JEE entrance exam. Meet captured the investors’ attention with his impressive pitch and revealed that his passion for motors began when he was just in Class 2.

He has launched a new electric motorcycle brand called ‘Deni Bikes’, which is proudly made in India. The production cost of each bike is around Rs 40,000. In a recent pitch, he sought an investment of Rs 30 lakhs in exchange for a 10% stake in his company, valuing it at Rs 3 crores. Explaining the name Deni Bikes, Meet shared that it combines parts of his parents’ surnames: his father’s, Deore, and his mother’s, Nikam. The investors, or sharks, were impressed by his innovative idea and enthusiasm for the project.

Aman Gupta was impressed by Meet’s accomplishments at such a young age, stating, “Kya kar raha hai yaar, 16 saal mein mujhe ye nahi pata tha mujhe Commerce lena hai ya Science.” The sharks watched videos of Meet designing the bike and noticed that he had involved his cousins in the process. Anupam Mittal jokingly said, “Bhai sabko kaam par laga diya hai,” while Namita remarked, “You are like a dream cousin for every mom.”

During the discussion, Anupam Mittal said, “When I was around your age, my aunts wouldn’t let my cousins play with me. It is completely different in your case.” Peyush and Aman jokingly said, “Hamari moms aaj bhi kehti hai Anupam se durr reho,” It was so funny that it had everyone laughing.

Meet also mentioned that he built an electric go-kart at the age of 10. Aman jokingly said, “Logon ke daant nahi toote the, kya kar raha hai Meet, sharam aarahi hai humein apne bachpan par,” As they watched a video of him driving the go-kart.

Aman took the bike out for a test ride and noticed some problems with its performance. However, the sharks were impressed with Meet’s creative idea and his enthusiasm for starting a business. This episode highlighted the talent and creativity of young entrepreneurs in India, and Meet’s presentation was a great example of what can be accomplished through hard work and commitment. Unfortunately, no investors invested in the idea, but they provided guidance for the future and encouraged him to wait for the next two years to take this idea to the next level.
