Aneet Padda, who won everyone’s hearts with her stellar performance in ‘Saiyaara’, is reportedly gearing up for her next film. As per reports, she will lead Maddock Films’ next project titled ‘Shakti Shalini’, and its first look is expected to be unveiled soon. Earlier, Kiara Advani was reportedly roped in to play the lead.

According to reports, the first look of Shakti Shalini will be unveiled with Thamma. For the unversed, Thamma is the new addition to Maddock Films Horror Universe and will be a vampire love story. It is not clear whether the makers will embed Shakti Shalini’s look in ‘Thamma’.

Despite the massive buzz around ‘Shakti Shalini’, the makers have maintained their silence.

Talking about Aneet Padda, she is basking in the success of ‘Saiyaara’ alongside Ahaan Panday.

After the film’s release, the actress penned a heartfelt note for fans. She wrote, “The daze is wearing off, and all I want to say is that I love you. I don’t know you. But I know that I love you. All this love you’ve been so generous to give me, it’s sitting heavy in my chest, and I don’t know what to do except give it back. I’m scared of what’s next, scared I won’t be enough, but whatever I have, even the smallest piece of me, I’ll put it out there.”

“If it makes you laugh, or cry, or remember something you thought you’d forgotten, if it makes you feel a little less alone – then maybe that’s what I’m here for. And I’ll keep trying. Imperfect, but with everything I’ve got. Because I love you,” she added.

Before ‘Saiyaara’, Aneet starred in ‘Big Girls Don’t Cry’ and ‘Salaam Venky’.
