Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira, recently shared a picture of herself in a swimming pool, in which she can be seen wearing a yellow and black bikini.

“I have a lot to do. In terms of social media commitments and non-time-bound-but-the-sooner-the-better commitments. But sometimes you need a break. For yourself. And first you need to fulfill your commitments to yourself. And now I’m back to work. Thanks for waiting,” Ira captioned the photo.

We all need a break once in a while, don’t we? Ira Khan also shared another picture of herself lying in a bathtub, reading a book.

Aamir Khan has two children, Ira and Junaid, with his first wife Reena Dutta. Ira recently moved into her new home in Mumbai. She wrote about her experience of living alone on Instagram: “I shifted in July and I felt like it hadn’t really hit me that I had a new home… that I was living on my own. Today I came home and that’s what I was thinking ‘I’m home.’ It’s nice feeling (sic).”

On the professional front, Ira made her directorial debut last year with the stage production of Euripides’ play Medea. She’s also pursuing acting and will be soon seen in a project with Gulshan Devaiah and Vijay Varma.
