Thalapathy Vijay and Pooja Hegde’s upcoming film Beast’s highly anticipated first song, titled Arabic Kuthu,  released on Valentine’s Day and took the Internet by storm. The song has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander and picturised on Vijay and Pooja. 

Arabic Kuthu is all over the Internet and has become a viral hit. Many fans and celebrities have been posting videos of them dancing to the peppy number.

Now, taking to Instagram, Samantha has shared a video of herself dancing to Arabic Kuthu at an airport. She can be seen wearing a grey crop top, a denim jacket and black distressed jeans. Sharing the video, she wrote, “Just another late night flight NOT!! Rhythm for tonight be #HalamithiHabibo. This song is beyond lit #Beast @anirudhofficial #ThalapathyVijay @nelsondilipkumar @hegdepooja @jagadish_palanisamy.”

Soon after Samantha shared the video, her comments section was filled with messages from her fans and industry friends. Actress Sanya Malhotra dropped fire emoticons into the comment box. Samyukta Hegde, Anirudh Ravichander, Lakshmi Manchu and Ruhani Sharma too dropped fire and heart emoticons under Samantha’s post. 

For the unversed, Arabic Kuthu is sung by Sid Jonita Gandhi and Anirudh. The lyrics for the track have been penned by actor Sivakarthikeyan. The song is a fusion of Arabic music and Tamil kuthu beats. Pooja and Vijay will be seen sharing the screen space for the first time in Beast. The high action-drama also features director Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, Aparna Das, Shine Tom Chacko, VTV Ganesh, Ankur Ajit Vikal, Sathish Krishnan, Redin Kingsley, Bjorn Surrao and Lilliput Faruqui in pivotal roles. The cinematography is by Manoj Paramahamsa while the editor is R Nirmal. Beast is gearing up for a theatrical release on April 14, 2022.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Samantha has several movies, including the mythological drama Shaakuntalam with Allu Arha and Dev Mohan, in which she will be seen essaying a princess. She is also part of Vignesh Shivan’s Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, which also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. The actress is all set to make her debut in Hollywood in Philip John directorial Arrangements of Love.
