The property, spread across the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of a prime Bandra building, boasts an impressive carpet area of 11,266 square feet and a 1,300 square-foot terrace. The residence promises breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea, a luxury often sought after in Mumbai’s real estate market. Additionally, the property will offer Ranveer and Deepika access to 19 parking spaces, ensuring convenience and exclusivity.

Ranveer and Deepika’s new home is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities reflecting their high-profile lifestyle. The property is expected to feature a private gym, a swimming pool, and dedicated entertainment spaces, aligning with the couple’s penchant for luxury and comfort. The purchase, made in collaboration with Singh’s father Jagjit Sunder Singh Bhavnani’s company Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, also includes a significant stamp duty payment of ₹7.13 crore. This brings the total investment to ₹126.07 crore.

With four floors dedicated to their residence, the couple’s new property offers unparalleled panoramic sea views, making it a coveted address in Mumbai. The high per square foot rate of ₹1.05 lakh reflects the premium nature of the residence.

In addition to their Bandra property, Ranveer and Deepika have also invested in a ₹22 crore bungalow in Alibaug. The couple’s real estate acquisitions are a testament to their successful careers and their desire for luxurious living spaces.

On the personal front, the couple is eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child, due in September. Deepika Padukone, who has been making rare public appearances recently, has been spotted enjoying outings with family and friends, adding to the excitement surrounding their growing family.
