Ram Charan’s Game Changer Lands In Trouble As Extras File Complaint Over Pending Payments: Reports

Ram Charan’s much-awaited film Game Changer has found itself in controversy after reports emerged that 350 extras, who worked on the film’s shoot, were not paid their promised wages. According to a report by Telugu Scribe, the affected individuals have now filed a police complaint in Guntur, alleging that the film’s production team has failed to compensate them.

Extras Claim Non-Payment Of ₹1200 Each

The complaint states that each extra was supposed to be paid ₹1200 for their participation in the shoot. However, by the end of February, the payments had not been processed. An artiste named Tarun alleged that the extras were recruited from Guntur and Vijayawada and were brought to Hyderabad for the shoot after co-director Swargam Shiva assured them of payment.

Makers Accused Of Cheating Artists

The affected extras claim that they fulfilled their part of the agreement, but the filmmakers did not uphold their promise. Feeling deceived, they approached the police, demanding that Game Changer’s director Shankar and producer Dil Raju address the issue and settle the outstanding dues.

While the film industry often sees payment disputes, this controversy involving a high-profile film like Game Changer has grabbed significant attention. Fans are eagerly waiting for an official statement from the filmmakers to clarify the situation.
