Rahul Gandhi’s Hydrogen Bomb Over Haryana Polls, Alleges 25 Lakh Vote Theft

Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition (LoP) and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi  dropped his ‘hydrogen bomb’ over “vote chori” by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Election Commission of India (ECI) and added lapses in the Haryana Assembly elections of 2024. He also shared a set of “proofs” and stated that the opposition has “H-Files”.

Rahul Gandhi, while addressing a press conference, stated that they got a lot of complaints from the party’s Haryana candidates.

“We have the word ‘H’ Files, and this is about how an entire state has been stolen…We suspected that this is not happening in individual constituencies, but at the state level and at the national level. We got a lot of complaints in Haryana, from our candidates, that something was wrong and not working. Their predictions all went upside down. We had experienced this in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, but we decided to zoom into Haryana and go into details about what had happened there,” he said.

Rahul Gandhi’s Big Allegations In Haryana

Here are the key allegations that the Congress MP presented:

1- The ’25 Lakh Voters’ Accusation

“We have crystal clear proof that 25 lakh voters (in Haryana) are fake, that they either don’t exist or they are duplicates or are designed in a way for anybody to vote,” Rahul Gandhi alleged.

“1 in 8 voters in Haryana are fake, that’s 12.5 per cent,” the Lok Sabha LoP said.

2- The ‘Brazilian Model’ Allegation

“Congress lost the election by 22,000 votes…Who is this lady?… She votes 22 times in Haryana, in 10 different booths in Haryana. She has multiple names…That means this is a centralised operation,” he added.

“The lady is a Brazilian model. That’s a stock photograph and she is one of 25 lakh such records in Haryana,” Rahul Gandhi said.

3- Allegations Against ECI

“I am questioning the EC (Election Commission of India), the democratic process in India so I am doing it with 100 per cent proof. We are pretty sure that a plan was put in motion to convert Congress’ landslide victory into a loss,” the leader stated.

“Please notice the smile on his (CM Nayab Saini) face and notice the ‘vyavastha’ that he is talking about. This is 2 days after the election, when everybody is saying that the Congress is sweeping the elections,” he added, after a video was played at the press conference.

4- ‘A Woman Appears 223 Times In 2 Polling Booths’

“Here’s a polling list of Haryana…This is a list of two polling booths. A woman appears 223 times in two polling booths; she can vote any number of times she wants. Election Commission needs to tell us how many times this lady (voted),” the LoP added.

Rahul Gandhi’s ‘H-Bomb’

On September 1, Rahul Gandhi had warned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of an impending expose, stating that he would soon unleash a “hydrogen bomb” about his allegations of vote theft, as what was shown about Mahadevpura was just an “atom bomb.”

The 16-day-long ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ led by Rahul Gandhi was aimed at raising awareness about voter rights and protesting against alleged “vote theft” and alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls.
