It will be an edge-of-the-seat encounter at the Anfield Stadium as Liverpool and Manchester United will take on each other in the next of the English Premier League 2024-25. Liverpool, who are placed at the top of the EPL 2024-25 points table are in tremendous form in the present edition of the tournament whereas, Man United is currently undergoing a transition phase under Ruben Amorim and have lost the previous two EPL clashes against AFC Bournemouth and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Ruben Amorim Reveals About Pressure Ahead Of Big Liverpool Clash

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim revealed about the pressure that the players are feeling ahead of the big clash against Liverpool. Amorim stated that players are scared at the moment and added that there is a lack of motivation within the players. He said, “The players are anxious, and sometimes afraid on the pitch. We have to cope with that. We need the leaders to step up to help the other guys and I’m the most responsible person here to improve the performances. You can see the players are trying, sometimes too anxious, too afraid to play football because this is a difficult moment and we will help the players to be better.”

Both the teams have taken on each other 65 times in the Premier League out of which, Manchester United have had an upper hand and have ended up winning 29 times. 20 matches have been won by ‘The Red Devils’ and the rest matches have ended up in draws.
