Sarabjot says that although his family encourages him to take a stable job, he is committed to focusing solely on shooting.
Sarabjot Singh, who won a medal at the Paris Olympics 2024 and made India proud, has received a job offer as Deputy Director in the sports departments of Haryana and Punjab. He has also been offered ₹2.50 crore in cash by the Haryana government. Haryana’s Sports Minister, Sanjay Singh, announced this reward.
‘The job offer is good, but right now I want to focus on my shooting. My family suggested taking the job, but I remain committed to my sport. I don’t want to go back on the decisions I’ve made, so I’m not taking the job for now,’ he told ANI.
Sarabjot Singh Meets Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini
