The postponed Neeraj Chopra Classic 2025 will bring in a classy pool of javelin throwers in Bengaluru on July 5. The NC Classic was initially scheduled to be on May 24, then postponed to July 5 due to the India vs Pakistan cross-border tensions. Arshad Nadeem, the current Olympic champion hailing from Pakistan, had refused to take part in the meet earlier. Though Tokyo 2020 gold medallist and current men’s world champion Neeraj Chopra will be the main attraction of the meet, given his name, the Indian athlete will have to contend with some of the major players of the event.

The NC Classic, organised by a five-time world champion in his event, co-organised with JSW Sports, Athletics Federation of India (AFI), and World Athletics (WA), will take place at the Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru. Initially, it was planned to be hosted in the Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Panchkula, in the home state of the home city of Neeraj (Haryana), but relocated because of the problems with the floodlights in the original venue. As an international athletic event, the NC Classic will be the top-rung international athletic event held to date in India, being an international competition classified as a WA A category or Continental Tour Gold-level meet.

How To Buy Tickets?

The price of the ticket has been set at 199 and 299 rupees in the East Lower stand and East Upper stand, respectively. The cost of tickets in West Block A, North Lower, and VIP B is 499/-, and in North Upper is marked at 999/-. There are also VVIP tickets and corporate tickets, which are available to viewers at rupees 2999 per ticket.

The JSW Box that provides an optimum approach view of the entire stadium charges 6999/-. The VVIP Pitch Side Bleachers are meanwhile priced at 9999/-. It is the most expensive ticket to the Neeraj Chopra Classic 2025, where fans will sit on the ground next to a number of javelin throwers competing in the Sree Kanteerava stadium in Bengaluru.
