Agatha All Along
After the massive success of ‘Deadpool & Wolverine, Marvel Studios is all set to return with a mini-series titled ‘Agatha All Along’. The show is set after the events of MCU’s another hit series ‘WandaVision’ and will focus on Agatha Harkness as she tries to regain her powers. ‘Agatha All Along’ stars Kathryn Hahn in the titular role with Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata and Aubrey Plaza in supporting roles. Its first two episodes will be available to watch on Disney+ Hotstar on September 18, 2024. MCU fans have high hopes for the show as Hahn impressed the viewers with her performance as Agatha.
Jatt & Juliet 3
Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa have collaborated for the third instalment of their hit Punjabi comedy movie ‘Jatt & Juliet’. The movie revolves around two police officers, who travel to the UK for a case but things soon take a chaotic turn. ‘Jatt & Juliet 3’ will release on September 19 on Chaupal after a good theatrical run.
Thangalaan
‘Thangalaan’s’ theatrical release marked Chiyaan Vikram’s comeback on the big screen after his hit movie ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ (2023). The movie received love and praise from the critics for the intense performances but had a lukewarm response at the box office. ‘Thangalaan’ is all set to stream on OTT and will be available to watch on Netflix on September 20.
The Penguin
DC officially made its epic comeback with the movie ‘The Batman’, which became a huge success worldwide. The makers have decided to expand the DC universe by creating a series titled ‘The Penguin’, which is also the spin-off ‘The Batman’. The show is set after the events of ‘The Batman’ and will showcase how Oswald Cobblepot turns into a deadly gangster of Gotham City. ‘The Penguin’ will release on JioCinema on September 19.
The Great Indian Kapil Show 2
After ruling the television screens for years, Kapil Sharma has established himself as an OTT star after the release of his weekly Netflix series ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’. Netflix has officially announced its second season with Kapil and the rest of the cast returning as well. The first episode of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show 2’ will release on Netflix on September 21.
