This year alone, he has played 44 fours. The total number of fours in IPL history is led by Shikhar Dhawan, who has played 768 fours. Dhawan has now retired from all forms of cricket.

RCB is on the threshold of playoff qualification. With 11 games played till date, the team has won 8 and lost 3. With 16 points, RCB is placed at the second position in the points table. A victory today would bring their point tally to 18 points and seal their playoff berth.

However, if the match is washed out due to rain, both teams will be awarded one point each. Even in that scenario, RCB will qualify for the playoffs with 17 points.
