World is turning themselves into a fitness freak seeing their body requirement. For this many of them go to Gym for doing exercise. In India also this craze of Gym and fitness is emerging. There are many fitness influencers seen influencing people for body building using their social media.

But there are certain rules which every Gym in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida should follow. Today most of the Gyms available are unisex. There both male and female can do workout.

But for both male and female there are different types of trainers. Uttar Pradesh Government has brought a rule, according to which it is necessary to have a female trainer at these places where both men and women are coming to do exercise or workout.

What Action Will Be Taken Against People Who Fails To Do This?

The Noida Administration has issued a rule to apply these orders to appoint a female trainers at all Gym, pools and yoga centers in the region.

This rule came into effect from January 5, 2025. For doing this time of two days were given to the owners of these places. If anyone fails to do this then they will have to pay fine for it.
