There are several schemes run by government of India. Through these scheme the government provide financial support to the people. Through one such scheme they provide ration to people at low price under the National Food Security Act.

This scheme works in all the states of the Country. People who are eligible under this act gets benefit of free ration facility from the government. Only people who fulfils the eligibility criteria gets benefit under this scheme.

Now the government has issued new guidelines for the people who are having the ration card. Under this new guidelines, only some of the ration card holders will be able to get benefit. Under this after the 15th February they will not be able to get the ration. The government has brought a new guidelines for ration card holders. Under this they need to get e-KYC done. Those who fails to do this will not be able to get ration.

With the E-KUC, the government will identify the fake ration card holders. After this they will exclude them from this scheme.
