Adivi Sesh earlier announced the Telugu movie ‘Dacoit’, which has been creating a lot of buzz ever since its announcement. Shruti Haasan was earlier announced as the female lead in ‘Dacoit’ but reportedly walked out of the project due to creative differences. Mrunal Thakur has now officially joined the film as the lead and the makers have officially unveiled the first look of the actress from the film.

Sharing the posters, Mrunal wrote on Instagram, “Yes, I gave up.. But loved with a true heart.”

In an earlier interview with 123telugu.com, Adivi talked about ‘Dacoit’. He said, “It’s a very intense action love story. It is a highly emotional, angry film. It’s a new genre film. During the shoot of Kshanam, Shaneil Deo showed me a short film. He told me that the short film was selected for Cannes Film Festival. I was surprised by his talent, and that’s when I decided to make him a director.”

On the work front, Adivi Sesh was last seen in the crime thriller movie ‘HIT: The Second Case’. He will next star in ‘G2’ with Emraan Hashmi and Madhu Shalini.

Meanwhile, Mrunal was last seen in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ in a cameo role. She will next star in ‘Pooja Meri Jaan’ and ‘Son Of Sardaar 2’ with Ajay Devgn.
