On September 22, 18-year-old Rhea Singha won the coveted Miss Universe India pageant by beating contestants Chhavi Verg, Sushmita Roy and Ruopfuzhano Whiso.

While everyone is talking about Rhea and her achievement, here is a list of five things about her that not many people know.

Wild Card Entry

Rhea was a wild card contestant in the Miss Universe India pageant, who entered the competition on August 17. After winning the title, she will now represent India at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant, to be held on November 16, 2024 in Mexico.

Education

Rhea did her schooling from Mahatma Gandhi International School, Ahmedabad in the year 2022.  She went on to pursue bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts from GLS University.

Family

Rhea is the daughter of Brijesh Singha, an established entrepreneur and director of eStore Factory. Her mother’s name is Rita Singha. Both her parents have been very supportive of Rhea’s dreams and career.

Modelling Career

Rhea Singha started working as a model since a very young age. She also participated in pageants such as Diva’s Miss Teen Gujarat at the age of 16 and Ms Teen Earth 2023 at the age of 17, and won both the titles.

Congratulating their alumni, Mahama Gandhi International School had posted her picture on Instagram alongside a caption that read: “Congratulation to our alumni Rhea Singha batch of 2022 for her wonderful achievement! She won the title of Ms Teen Earth 2023 at Ms Earth Pageant 2023 held at Manila, Phillipines. The MGIS family wishes her success in all her endeavors.”

An Aspiring Actor

Rhea is an aspiring actor and has been part of several projects and commercial advertisements. She has worked with popular names such as Tamannaah Bhatia, and often posts about it on her social media. Besides that, she also is an avid content creator and is very active on social media platform.
