Massive Trouble For Sunny Deol & Randeep Hooda As Christian Community Demands To Ban ‘Jaat’ Over Church Scene Controversy!

The newly released Bollywood drama Jaat, featuring Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda, has found itself in troubled waters within days after its release. A specific scene where Randeep Hooda is shown standing on the pulpit of a church has evoked scathing reactions from members of the Christian community, who state that the action has immensely hurt their religious feelings.

Church Scene Sparks Outrage

Community leaders have alleged that the scene which is set inside a church, desecrates the sanctity of the pulpit an area considered sacred in Christian worship. They have argued that the visual portrayal is disrespectful and insensitive which has prompted them to call for an immediate ban on the film. A video circulating online shows a group of protestors chanting “Randeep Hooda Murdabad” during a demonstration directly targeting the actor for his role in the contentious scene.

Following this, a memorandum was submitted to the Joint Commissioner demanding a ban on the film. The community has given a 48-hour ultimatum, warning of intensified protests if no action is taken. They have also called for legal action against the film’s makers under charges of religious disrespect and the Christian community has issued a 48-hour ultimatum. If their demands are not addressed within this timeframe then they have warned of escalating their protests.

Filmmakers Yet To Respond

As of now, neither the director nor the lead actors have released an official statement addressing the controversy. With public sentiment intensifying, industry insiders speculate whether the film may face legal hurdles or even censorship if the demands gain further traction.
