The trailer of the highly anticipated film ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ was released today on the internet. It stars Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani in titular roles and is a horror-comedy film directed by Raghava Lawrence. In it, Kumar’s character is said to be possessed by ghosts of a transgender woman, a Muslim man, and an intellectually challenged child. 

Like many other major films this year, Laxmmi Bomb is also slated to have an OTT platform release. Owing to the pandemic, films such as Dil Bechara, Sadak 2, Gunjan Saxena, and many more were released on popular movie streaming applications which gave an opportunity to the audience to watch them from the comfort of their homes. 

Laxmmi Bomb is a remake of the Tamil film ‘Kanchana’ which is also made by Lawrence himself. 

The actor tweeted the trailer on the microblogging site. The three-minute-long trailer received a million views with 7500 retweets and 52,000 likes. On YouTube, it has gotten 4,275308 views.
