Maharashtra may bring back mask rule; Mumbai logs 112 fresh COVID cases

Wearing of masks at crowded places in Maha could be made mandatory again Amid rise in COVID-19 cases in some parts of the country, Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope said on Wednesday that wearing of masks at crowded places in the state could be made mandatory again.
The minister appealed to people to take precautionary measures against coronavirus and urged them to not panic as the active cases in Maharashtra still stood below 1,000.
Mumbai reported 112 fresh COVID cases, Municipal Corporation Greater Mumbai said on Wednesday.
