Bollywood actor and fitness expert Shilpa Shetty Kundra is once again in the headlines, but not for the right reasons. Her high-end restaurant, Bastian – At the Top, got into trouble after a luxurious car was stolen from its parking while the owner dined inside. Located on the 48th floor of Kohinoor Square in Dadar West, the eatery is a popular spot among the city’s elites.

Ruhan Firoz Khan, a 34-year-old businessman, arrived at the restaurant around 1 am in his two-seater convertible BMW Z4, valued at ₹80 lakh. He handed the keys to the valet and went inside. However, when he tried to get back his car from the parking, he could not find it.

CCTV footage confirmed the theft by unidentified men around 2 am. A complaint was filed at Shivaji Park police station, and suspects were charged under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023. Police are examining CCTV recordings to identify and apprehend the thieves.
