Kesari Chapter 2 is currently the most anticipated releases of Hindi cinema and is gearing up to hit the theatres within a few days. Starring Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan and Ananya Panday in the lead roles, the movie is set in pre-Independence era of India and is based on the life of C Sankaran Nair. As the advance booking of the film has finally opened, check the report and is expected box office performances.

Kesari Chapter 2 Advance Booking:

According to the website Sacnilk, Kesari Chapter 2 collected Rs 12.65 lakh within a few hours of its opening of the advance booking. The movie is expected to perform well on the first day due to the excitement ahead of its release.

The stakes on Kesari Chapter 2 are high because Akshay Kumar’s previous releases have been underwhelming. This is also a big project for Dharma Productions.

Earlier, Akshay Kumar thanked PM Narendra Modi for recognising C Sankaran Nair’s contribution in India’s freedom struggle. He wrote, “Thank you Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji for remembering the great Chettur Sankaran Nair ji and his contribution to our freedom struggle. It is so important that we as a nation, especially the younger generation values the great women and men who fought valiantly to ensure that we breathe in a free country! Our Kesari Chapter 2, is a humble effort to remind everyone that we must never take our freedom for granted!”

Akshay will essay the role of C Sankaran Nair in this film, based on Nair’s great grandson Raghu Palat’s book ‘The Case That Shook The Empire’. It will hit the theatres on April 18, 2025.
