Team India recently released the squad for Champions Trophy 2025 and despite the fact Karun Nair scored 779 runs in Vijay Hazare Trophy and was the top-run scorer he still wasn’t picked in India’s squad. “Obviously, the possibility of an India comeback has to be on your mind. If you want to play for the country, you have to keep dreaming. There are these thoughts and dreams in the head but that’s just motivation,” Nair told in conversation with Hindustan Times
Karun Nair last represented India in 2017 and he is the best known for his triple century in Tests. This made him the second Indian after Virender Sehwag to achieve this incredible feat.
In Tests, he has played 6 Tests and scored 374 runs and in ODIs he has played 2 matches and scored 46 runs.
