At the break of dawn on Wednesday, the whole country was made aware of a forceful new word  Operation Sindoor. In a firm and resolute reaction, the Indian Armed Forces launched targeted air strikes against nine terror launchpads in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The operation was a clear and direct response to the barbaric terrorist strike on April 22 in Pahalgam that had put the nation in its collective shock and grief. India, by deploying this rapid commando mission sent a signal loud and clear terror shall not go unchecked.
